· The purpose of this course is to prepare students for the real estate salesperson license examination, in order to obtain employment as sales agents. This course is concise yet presented in sufficient detail to facilitate your understanding. The content conforms to the Florida Division of Real Estate Commission (FREC). 

· The content includes, but is not limited to, selling, buying, renting, advertising, and financing real estate and real estate services.

 

 

 

Some of the topics that will be covered are:

·          Function of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC)

·          Differences between real property and personal property

·          Title acquisition, conveyance, and protection

·          Mortgage Market Buyers qualifications. (FHA,VA, and conventional)

·      Rules and regulations of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC)
